Three years ago, I began working on Sonic Light Speed. It was to be a simple project completable within a matter of several months. As months passed by, I worked intermittently on it, making improvement after improvement until the game became much more than I had intended it to be. Now, it is finished. I am pleased with how it has turned out and am happy to finally release a final version. With five levels, a well-oiled physics engine, and a smattering of neat features, it is finally ready to be released into the wild.

Sonic Light Speed is a freeware Sonic Fan Game that I’ve been working on for almost two years now. I’ve been programming it using version 6.1 of a game design library called Game Maker. Because I haven’t posted anything about it yet, I suppose I’ll make this somewhat of an introductory post. Below is some information about the game along with some screenshots. Enjoy.
